Hwerks is dedicated to supporting the local herpes and HPV social and support groups.  We realize that it is hard work for the group leaders to plan and advertise group meetings and functions.  There are often out of pocket expenses as well.  It is through this hard work and dedication of the group leaders, as well as those that attend, that these local herpes and HPV groups survive and thrive. 

Why list your herpes and HPV social and support groups here?

Well, HWerks is here to help by listing your local herpes and HPV group with links back to your site.  This will help your exposure when people search for groups and events in your state.  We are often listed in the top spots in Google.  Hopefully, this will help cut down on advertising costs for the group.

My event/gathering is local why should I list it here?

We have people join every day and we receive 1000's oh hits on HWerks.com.  A lot of those are new to the whole herpes dating and HPV dating websites.  They may not know that H events are planned throughout the country.  If they see that there was an event in their area, they may be more inclined to join that local group.  We will keep all the past events, by state, in their own section for people to search for.  This way they know there is activity in their area and a way to contact them.

Do you list all the herpes and HPV events here and on NationalHClub.com?

No.  The same events on NationalHClub.com are also the same events listed here.  We only list the herpes and HPV events on these pages and NationalHClub.com by request.  Members of Hwerks can post their events freely in the event section of HWerks once they are registered and logged in. 

Why don't you list all the herpes and hpv events here and on NationalHClub.com?

We are concerned about privacy of some events.  Again, unless specifically requseted, we do not list all the events contained in HWerks.  Sometimes, a group or organizer does not have a web page or it is just a "Meet at this location" type of event with just an email address.  Since NationalHClub.com and these pages are indexed by the search engines, some may not want their email address is made public.  The additional events listed in HWerks are not indexed by the search engines.  It is better is you have a group website that we can just link to for "More information" about your event with the dates, time and place or use a 2nd email account for people to respond to.

Do you require a link back to HWerks to list events?

We understand that not all group sites have links on them.  If your site does not have a link section or banners for other sites then we understand do not require it.  If your site does have a section for links then we would just request a link back to HWerks.  This just helps both of us in the search engines and makes it easier for people to find both of us.  For this, we will gladly post as many events as you plan.

Do you have an affiliate program?

No.  Not only is there too much red tape with the IRS and forms.  We only charge $6 a month for our membership.  After Paypal, taxes, advertising and development there is not a lot left over.  Having an affiliate program would cause us to raise our membership costs for all members.  Especially during this economy, we are committed to keeping the membership cost as low as we possibly can so that all members can afford a membership.  What we do offer, as mentioned above, is free advertising on HWerks for your local H events and groups.
