So, here is the deal with chat...

Originally, we had chat on it's own server (We hosted it). The problem with us hosting it was that security upgrades were very difficult as there is a lot of custom coding.

So, we had the chat company host it for us. This is more expensive but also more secure. They are the ones that apply the updates and we just point to them.

Recently, they did a major upgrade and some parameters have changed. We were not informed of the changes to be made.

Luckily, our developer is a coding wizard and got chat back up until we hear back from the chat company. The only minor change is that you have to enter your user name and password once you click the chat tab.

Once I hear back from the chat company, all will be back to normal.
